Part-Time Activities Assistant

Plan and coordinate activities including reality orientation, current events, discussion groups, cultural events, religious services, outside trips, and one-to-one visits. Prepare and distribute the monthly calendar and newsletter, purchase supplies as needed, and distribute mail daily. Direct resident movement to and from recreational areas, announce scheduled activities over the intercom, and supervise volunteer efforts. Maintain accurate attendance documentation and coordinate activities in the coordinator's absence.
