Job Summary
Partner with the Client Experience team to manage client needs, participate in status calls with detailed notes, and circulate post-call follow-ups. Support Rosie engagement through regular check-ins, gather feedback, and troubleshoot issues while collaborating to increase satisfaction. Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Operations, and People Operations to lead onboarding/off-boarding, billing, and SOW creation. Manage the invoicing process for key partners, schedule interviews, and maintain internal systems including Salesforce and SmartRecruiters. Update weekly reporting spreadsheets for utilization tracking and PO budget management, ensuring strict adherence to WRR workflows. This hourly role begins at 15-20 hours per week across 4-5 business days, supporting the mission of building inclusive marketing teams for brands.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Agency or Brand In-House Agency experience
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables are a must)
- Experience with Google Workplace suite
- Experience with Video Conference platforms (Zoom, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a 'get it done' attitude and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage an hourly, part-time schedule 15-20 hours per week spread across 4-5 Business Days
- A desire to transition into a full-time role in the future
