Job Summary
Part-Time Account Associate in Memphis, TN responsible for answering sales calls, processing customer orders and credit memos, expediting orders, maintaining delivery schedules, coordinating vendor deliveries, identifying customer requirements with Purchasing and Quality, originating complaint forms, inputting tracking information, providing proof of delivery when required, and monitoring major customer on-time delivery performance. Requires Fastener Industry experience, proficiency with MS Office and CRM software, and strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
