Job Summary
Provide one-to-one and small-group tutoring for middle school students in grades 6 through 8 mathematics and literacy, utilizing Tutor.com to support classroom instruction. Deliver supplemental academic assistance at assigned sites including Clearview Local Schools, Lorain City Schools, and Oberlin City Schools. Complete all necessary records and paperwork accurately by stated deadlines while assisting with instructional material development. Maintain transportation to commute between work locations. This grant-funded role requires Ohio residency and successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Transportation to assigned middle school(s)
- Reside in the state of Ohio
- Be within commuting distance of work location
- Be available to respond to onsite work demands upon employment start date and throughout duration of employment
- Satisfactory completion of a background check
- Satisfactory completion of a drug screen
