Job Summary
Provide targeted small-group and individualized academic intervention for students needing additional literacy and numeracy support. Use data to deliver evidence-based instructional strategies, monitor progress, and adjust intervention plans within the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Collaborate with classroom teachers to analyze assessment data, model effective strategies, and assist with differentiated instruction planning. Support students in developing organizational skills, time management, and assignment completion while tracking engagement and attendance. Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress to evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to school improvement goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina teaching certificate
- A negative TB test result
- South Carolina College and Career Ready Standards
