Job Summary
Provide academic interventions to all students individually and collectively, using the early warning system to determine individual needs. Assist students in meeting CCR targets and benchmarks through tutoring in math and English, connecting with teachers and families to ensure appropriate support. Review student data to determine intervention impact and next steps, working toward college and career readiness for every pupil. Reports to the principal with performance evaluated per the district plan. Salary and terms follow approved district schedules.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of Rank II
- three (3) years' experience working in Kentucky schools
- experience working with low-income youth
- certified with middle school or high school math or English/Language Arts experience
