Job Summary
Implement treatment plans, training, and opportunities across school, home, and community settings to advance goals prioritized by the family and BCBA. Collaborate with the BCBA and Behavior Technicians on cases following the supervision model, coordinating and providing ABA services to exceed family expectations. This part-time mid-level role requires a Master's degree, 1+ years of ABA experience, and reliable transportation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Butterfly Effects has served over 14,000 families since 2005, delivering individualized ABA therapy to foster lasting change for children with autism spectrum disorder.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- 1+ years of ABA experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Sound technical and computer skills
- reliable internet access
- Must be able to lift or move approximately 50 lbs
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Enrollment / Acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed) preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish
