Part Time ABA Behavior Technician Position

Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under supervision of a BCBA; implement ABA techniques; conduct data collection, track progress, and adjust treatment plans; teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills; collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team; communicate with parents/caregivers; maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions; participate in ongoing training; flexible hours including evenings and weekends; ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and capable of following individualized treatment plans; prior ABA experience is preferred but not required.
