Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at an H&S Energy/Chevron station in Eureka, CA. Delivers cashiering at checkout, maintains store presentation, and ensures food and beverage quality while fostering a safe, welcoming environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, executing accurate POS transactions, handling cash, processing refunds/exchanges per policy, verifying IDs for age-restricted items, stocking shelves and signage, maintaining pricing accuracy, preparing self-serve food/beverage stations, upholding food safety and sanitation standards, and supporting car-wash operations when applicable. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- CPR and First Aid training a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
