Job Summary
Support the Store Manager at the Launceston store by creating personalised customer experiences, driving sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional service to meet KPIs. Supervise and provide feedback to Team Members to develop their skills, while upholding high standards of store presentation, safety, and visual merchandising. Assist with administrative and operational requirements to maintain store efficiency. This part-time role offers autonomy to lead and grow the store alongside management within Australia's largest family-owned jewellery retailer. A commission scheme rewards sales achievements, and staff receive generous discounts across the product range.
