Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker at the West Washington Branch in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, opening and opening/closing client meetings, assisting with transactions, educating clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), opening new accounts, and building trusted relationships while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements. Will perform branch operations such as operating cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and collaborate with team to deliver a seamless, hospitality-focused client experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
Desired Qualifications
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions
- Cash handling experience
