Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase – Washington Branch (Part Time) delivering welcoming, attentive service; greet clients, manage lobby traffic, schedule meetings, and assist with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their needs, build trusted relationships by listening and understanding client goals, and introduce clients to Chase experts. Perform branch operations such as cash devices in compliance with bank policies.
