Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase, part-time (30 hours) in the Vashon Island branch. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling/canceling meetings, handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, educating clients on digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted relationships, and educating clients on products and services while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements. Requires the ability to deliver attentive, welcoming service, quickly resolve client issues, learn products and procedures, and work collaboratively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
