Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase in Glendale, AZ. Deliver welcoming, attentive service by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs. Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, then introduce clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals. Perform branch operations such as cash devices management while following bank procedures. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
