Job Summary
Deliver attentive, welcoming branch service by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with product expertise; perform branch operations including cash devices while complying with bank policies; collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless, compassionate client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
