Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and educate clients on day-to-day transactions including Chase Mobile App and ATM usage. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with team members to achieve financial goals. This role requires 30 hours weekly and is located in St Johns Towncenter, Jacksonville, FL.
