Associate Banker in a part-time role at the Chase Saint John branch. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby and queue, scheduling meetings, assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts in compliance with policies, educating clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and building trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with banking experts. Additional duties include performing branch operations such as cash devices (cash vault, ATMs) in adherence to bank policies. Must learn products and procedures quickly and deliver a high-quality client experience through collaborative teamwork.
