Job Summary
Provide hospitality-forward banking service at Chase's Springfield West Branch. Greet customers, manage lobby flow, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their needs. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge. Support branch operations including cash devices and adherence to bank procedures. Collaborate with teammates to elevate the overall client experience and help clients achieve their financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
