Job Summary
Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker at Chase, Springfield Main St Branch — responsible for creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients in, scheduling/canceling meetings, assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, educating clients on digital banking (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building relationships, and guiding clients to products and solutions. Will perform branch operations including cash devices while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Must deliver attentive service, foster strong client relationships, and work collaboratively with a team to provide a seamless client experience. Requires high school diploma or GED.
