Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and educate clients on day-to-day transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (30 hours) in West Palm Beach requires bilingual Spanish skills and a high school diploma or GED.
