Job Summary
As a Part Time Associate Banker at the Southend Branch in Charlotte, NC, you will create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, manage lobby flow with a tablet, assist with check-ins and scheduling, and support day-to-day banking needs. You will open new accounts, provide account servicing, and help clients use digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. You will educate clients on products and solutions, build meaningful relationships, and collaborate with branch team members to deliver seamless service. Additional responsibilities include branch operations tasks such as handling cash devices (cash vault, ATM) with accuracy and care. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and a proactive approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
