Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker delivers friendly, attentive service in the Somerville Assembly Row branch, greeting clients, managing lobby flow, assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Responsibilities include educating clients, building trusted relationships, handling branch operations (cash devices, vault, ATM) in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with a team to deliver a seamless client experience. Must be able to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and provide exceptional service to achieve clients' financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
