Job Summary
Deliver attentive, friendly service in the Elkhart, IN branch by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings. Open new accounts and assist with day-to-day transactions while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs. Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to solutions with the branch team. Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while adhering to bank policies. Demonstrate ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience in collaboration with colleagues.
Required Qualifications

- Client service experience or comparable experience
