Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase, Scarsdale Central Park Branch, Scarsdale, NY. Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients, greet and manage lobby flow, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and demonstrate how these tools can meet their banking needs. Build trusted relationships by understanding client needs, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting clients with branch experts for goals achievement. Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in accordance with bank policies. Focus on elevating the client experience by collaborating with teammates to provide seamless service with care and empathy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
