Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase delivering welcoming, attentive service in a branch setting. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, opening new accounts, and handling day-to-day transactions while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to empower banking on demand. Build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge; introduce clients to specialists as needed. Perform branch operations including cash devices and adherence to bank procedures. Quickly learn products, services, and procedures to elevate the client experience through collaborative teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
