Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at the San Fernando, CA branch, focused on delivering welcoming, attentive service, helping clients with transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to banking solutions via in-branch interactions and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, scheduling meetings, ensuring compliance with policies, educating clients on technology options, building trusted client relationships, and performing branch operations such as cash handling and ATM tasks.
