Job Summary
Part-Time Associate Banker at the Rialto Branch (CA) delivering friendly service, welcoming clients, managing lobby flow, and handling day-to-day transactions while opening new accounts in compliance with policies. Responsibilities include greeting clients, checking in customers, scheduling meetings, educating clients on digital banking via Chase Mobile App/Chase.com/ATMs, building relationships, and coordinating with experts to meet clients’ financial goals. Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer-service skills; cash handling experience and bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) are advantages.
