Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, or ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the vault or ATM while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients. This part-time role (30 hours) is located at the Piedmont and Monroe Branch in Atlanta, GA.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
