Job Summary
Associate Banker (Part Time, 30 hours) at Chase – Wilmington, CA. Delivers welcoming, attentive service, greets clients, manages lobby flow, checks clients into queues, and schedules/cancels meetings. Assists with day-to-day transactions, opens new accounts, and ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educates clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and builds relationships by listening, asking questions, and directing clients to banking experts. Performs branch operations including handling cash devices in accordance with bank policies. Requires bilingual fluency in English and Spanish and HS diploma/GED; prior client service or banking-related experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reading and speaking fluently in English and Spanish
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
