Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase Monticello Branch: Deliver attentive, welcoming service, greet clients, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings, and assist with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts. Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to help them bank anytime, anywhere. Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, while guiding clients to Chase experts. Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in compliance with bank policies and procedures to support a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to learn products, services, and procedures
