Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients by greeting them as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic, and assist with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking options such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, build meaningful client relationships, and connect them with experts to help achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks (ATM/cash devices) in accordance with bank procedures. Demonstrate the ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly and professionally, with a client-centric approach to service.
