Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions using the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations including managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM while adhering to all policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This part-time role (30 hours) at the Midland Wall St Branch requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred cash handling experience.
