Job Summary
Associate Banker at the Memorial Villages Branch in Houston delivers friendly, hospitality-driven service to clients, greets customers as they enter, manages lobby flow with a tablet, checks clients into the waiting queue, and schedules meetings. Responsibilities include opening and servicing accounts, guiding customers through technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted client relationships, advising on products and solutions to help achieve financial goals, and performing branch operations such as managing cash devices in accordance with policies and procedures. Requires the ability to learn products and procedures quickly, and to work collaboratively with branch teammates to provide a seamless, high-quality client experience; bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
