Job Summary
Provide welcoming in-branch service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions. Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to help them achieve their goals. Build trusted relationships through attentive, empathetic service and by sharing product knowledge. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices while adhering to policies and procedures. Collaborate with team to deliver a seamless client experience and rapidly learn products, services, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Client service experience or comparable experience
