Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase, Keller Pkwy Branch in Keller, TX. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling/canceling meetings, assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts while complying with policies, educating clients on mobile/self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), building trusted client relationships, assisting with branch operations (cash devices, ATM) and collaborating with team to deliver seamless service. Requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency and a high school diploma or GED. Cash handling experience and knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements are valued.
