Assist clients in a welcoming branch environment by delivering attentive service, greeting visitors, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings. Support day-to-day transactions, assist with opening new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology usage (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable self-service and banking convenience. Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge while collaborating with a team to deliver seamless, personalized service and help clients achieve their financial goals. Responsible for branch operations tasks such as handling cash devices and adhering to branch policies; ability to navigate bilingual needs and provide exceptional client experiences in both English and Spanish.
