Job Summary
Associate Banker responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing lobby flow, checking clients in, assisting with transactions and opening new accounts while ensuring compliance; educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to products and solutions; perform branch operations such as cash devices in line with bank policies; opportunities to leverage technology to enhance the client experience and collaborate with teammates to deliver seamless, sincere service. Bilingual Cantonese preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
- Reading and speaking Cantonese preferred (or bilingual capabilities)
- Client service experience or comparable experience
