Job Summary
Part Time Associate Banker at Chase in the South Bend, IN branch. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic and scheduling meetings; assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies; educating clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); building trusted relationships and introducing clients to experts to help achieve financial goals; performing branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures; emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and knowledge of products and services to deliver a seamless client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience or comparable experience
- Cash handling experience (preferred)
