Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Indianapolis: deliver attentive, friendly service to branch clients by greeting them as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements; educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable banking whenever and wherever they want; build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with experts to help achieve financial goals; perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to bank procedures; collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
Required Qualifications
