Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions, including guidance on the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Perform branch operations by managing cash devices such as the vault and ATM while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships through active listening and product knowledge sharing. This part-time role (30 hours) requires a high school diploma or GED and client service experience.
