Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase's Virginia Beach branch delivers welcoming, client-focused service and helps with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs). Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling meetings, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling branch operations (cash devices, vault, ATM), and building trusted relationships by listening and solving client needs while collaborating with team to provide seamless service.
