Job Summary
Greet clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings to create a welcoming environment. Provide account servicing, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day transactions including mobile app and ATM usage. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to policies. Build trusted relationships by actively listening and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals. This 30-hour part-time role at Harvard Square Branch requires a high school diploma and client service experience.
