Job Summary
Deliver attentive service and a welcoming experience in a Chase branch by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and assisting with day-to-day transactions including opening new accounts. Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable convenient banking wherever and whenever they choose. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and thoughtful questions, connect clients with product knowledge and specialist teams, and help clients achieve their financial goals. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices (cash vault, ATM) in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless, caring client experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
