Open new accounts and educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) to enhance self-service and convenience. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach their financial goals. Perform branch operations such as managing cash devices (ATM/cash vault) in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience and assist clients with products and solutions to meet their financial needs.
