As an Associate Banker at Chase, provide welcoming, friendly service to clients in the Stone Mountain branch while handling lobby flow and managing client meetings. Drive client experiences by assisting with day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on technology options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs and guide them to specialists as needed. Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, and support branch operations including cash handling and use of cash devices while adhering to bank procedures and controls. Demonstrate the ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience.
