Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker at Chase in Chesapeake, VA. Deliver attentive and friendly service to clients, greet and manage lobby flow, assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies, educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), build trusted relationships, and support branch operations including cash devices and ATMs while helping clients achieve their financial goals by offering product solutions and connecting them with our team of experts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations—delivering attentive and friendly service.
