Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase in Denver helps create welcoming branch experiences by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings. Responsible for day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educates clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and builds trusted relationships by listening, understanding needs, and connecting customers with the right solutions. Performs branch operations including cash devices while delivering seamless, compassionate service as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Reading and speaking in both English and Spanish fluently
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
