Job Summary
Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker at Garnerville Branch, Garnerville, NY. Deliver welcoming, hospitality-focused service; greet clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings. Assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and proactively build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting clients with bank experts. Perform branch operations as needed (cash devices, vault, ATM) while upholding bank procedures. Strong client-service orientation and ability to learn products, services, and procedures; cash handling experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience
