Job Summary
Greet clients upon entering the branch, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and assist with day-to-day banking transactions including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements. Build trusted relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals. Fluently speak and read in both Spanish and English. This part-time role offers 30 hours weekly in West Palm Beach, FL.
