Job Summary
Part-Time Associate Banker at Chase in Spartanburg, SC. Responsibilities include creating a welcoming environment, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, scheduling/canceling meetings, handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts in compliance with policies, educating clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, building meaningful client relationships, and performing branch operations such as managing cash devices while adhering to bank procedures. Requires ability to deliver attentive, friendly service, build trusted relationships, engage clients, resolve issues, and learn products and procedures; prior client service or comparable experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.
